Responsibilities

• To ensure that the dispersions, chemical solution, coagulant and latex mixes are carried out as per SOPs.
• To ensure that the Supervisors and Line Leaders in each shift are adequately trained.
• To immediate report to superior should there be any adverse problems that may affect quality in production.
• To maintain an up-to-date and proper records on all latex-mix.
• To take corrective action in the event of "out-of-specification" occurrence to prevent serious implications in dipping of latex/coagulant.
• To ensure that the compounding floor, chemical store and compounding tanks are in clean and safe working condition as per GMP requirement.
• To ensure that the raw materials required for the compounding process are adequately planned and scheduled for the Production requirement.
• To ensure operators carry out chlorination, flipping and drying process effectively without affecting the quality of glove.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Others, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
